Azuressa | Personalized Greece Holidays & Travel Planning
Last updated: August 2026
Azuressa provides travel consultancy, concierge support and booking coordination. The transport, tour, vehicle rental, yacht, private aircraft or other travel service is supplied by the independent service provider identified in the relevant quotation or booking confirmation.
The final service contract is concluded directly between you and that provider, and the price of the travel service is paid directly to the provider.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use the Azuressa website, contact Azuressa, request a quotation, receive booking assistance, or use Azuressa’s consultancy, concierge and communication support in connection with travel and related services in Greece.
By submitting a booking request or confirming a booking in writing, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with the relevant provider’s quotation, terms and conditions, cancellation policy and service-specific requirements.
If you make a booking for other guests, you are responsible for ensuring that they receive and comply with the applicable terms.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. Higher age limits or other eligibility requirements may apply to vehicle rentals and particular activities.
Azuressa helps customers identify suitable services, communicates requests to independent service providers, forwards quotations, assists with coordination and remains a contact point for questions or concerns.
Azuressa will use reasonable care and skill when providing its own consultancy and communication support.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Azuressa does not operate vehicles, provide passenger transport, rent vehicles, conduct tours, charter yachts or aircraft, provide accommodation, or perform the underlying travel service.
Azuressa does not control a provider’s personnel, vehicles, vessels, aircraft, equipment, operational decisions, pricing, availability or performance.
Azuressa does not conclude the provider’s service contract on the provider’s behalf and does not collect payment for the underlying travel service.
The booking process generally follows these steps:
A request, provisional quotation or message from Azuressa is not a confirmed booking. Availability may change until written confirmation and any required payment have been completed.
Every booking is subject to the applicable provider’s terms and conditions, cancellation and refund policy, payment requirements, safety rules and operational procedures.
These may differ depending on the provider and the type of service.
Before confirming a booking, you must review and accept the provider’s documents communicated to you.
For service-specific matters including deposits, cancellations, refunds, no-shows, schedule changes, waiting time, baggage, damage deposits, customer conduct and additional charges, the provider’s terms and booking confirmation apply.
Prices are set by the provider and are stated in the provider’s quotation or booking confirmation.
Additional costs may apply for requested changes, waiting time, overtime, additional stops, fuel, tolls, parking, port or airport charges, repositioning, additional baggage, cleaning, damage or other items not expressly included.
All services are subject to availability and operational feasibility. Requests for a particular vehicle, vessel, aircraft, driver, route, seat, cabin, amenity or itinerary are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by the provider.
Where permitted by the provider’s terms and applicable law, the provider may offer a reasonably equivalent substitute for operational, safety or availability reasons.
You must disclose mobility requirements, allergies, relevant medical considerations, child-seat needs, oversized baggage, pets and any other material requirements before booking.
In an emergency, customers must contact the appropriate local emergency services directly. Azuressa’s support channels are not an emergency-response service.
For self-drive vehicle rentals, the rental agreement is concluded directly with the vehicle provider.
The customer is responsible for complying with the provider’s rental agreement, traffic laws, insurance requirements, fuel policy, damage procedures, deposits and any additional charges.
Azuressa does not inspect vehicles, determine insurance coverage or decide responsibility for damage or accidents.
Luxury vehicles, yacht charters, private aircraft, bespoke excursions and other high-value experiences may require additional documentation, deposits, prepayment and separate agreements with the relevant provider.
Operational decisions relating to safety, weather, navigation, aviation, equipment or regulatory requirements remain the responsibility of the provider.
Customers are strongly advised to maintain suitable travel insurance including medical, cancellation, baggage and personal liability coverage.
Azuressa does not provide insurance advice, sell insurance or guarantee the coverage provided by any independent provider.
Travel services may be delayed, changed, interrupted or cancelled due to events outside reasonable control including severe weather, natural events, traffic, strikes, governmental restrictions, technical issues or security incidents.
The provider’s terms determine any alternative service, rescheduling, credit or refund. Azuressa may assist with communication but is not responsible for the provider’s operational decisions.
Azuressa aims to remain accessible through its stated communication channels and may assist customers by communicating with service providers.
Azuressa does not provide legal advice, act as a legal representative, insurer or formal claims handler.
Azuressa is responsible for providing its own consultancy, communication and coordination services with reasonable care and skill.
Azuressa is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, insolvency, performance or operation of independent service providers.
Responsibility for the underlying travel service remains with the provider under the provider’s contract and applicable law.
